Designed by renowned naval architect Darron Roop, and powered by twin 700hp Lugger engines, the Middleton 50 takes you quickly to the gulfstream in comfort and style. The first commissioned boat for Middleton Boatworks, she was built with the strict draft, speed and accommodation requirements with the owner in mind. This boat has brought many billfish to the transom.
Fishability: The Middleton 50 is designed and built by sportfishermen for sportfishermen. Her 160 square foot cockpit allows plenty of room for the Blue Water fighting chair without impeding stand-up anglers, and the captain enjoys clear sightlines from the helm pod to the angler and the fish alongside. A large mezzanine allows spectators to be a part of the action without being in the way of the action! Bridge: Designed for excellent fishability, the flybridge also provides a relaxing area for passengers and a great view. With seating for many, built-in coolers, and stereo sound the flybridge is at once functional and comfortable. Salon: The salon offers 170 square feet of air-conditioned elegance. With a leather L-shaped settee, 32” JVC HDTV flat panel television and Harmon/Kardon stereo system you will relax in comfort after a successful day fishing. Galley: The U-shaped galley is open to the salon and features hand-made cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and Subzero refrigeration. Designed for socializing, the galley faces the L-shaped seating in the salon, and has an excellent view through the large salon windows. Master Stateroom: The master stateroom is your sanctuary. Here you may relax in privacy on the queen-style bed, with bedside air-conditioning controls, Toshiba HDTV flat panel television and a private head. Bunk Rooms: The crew quarters aboard the Middleton 50 are no afterthought. With over and under bunks and bedside air controls, the bunk room is finished to the same high level as the rest of the yacht. Engine Room: The engine room contains the two most important pieces of equipment on any vessel. On the Middleton 50 the engine room is designed and built with the care of its contents as the foremost concern. Every surface, including the overhead, is painted high-gloss white for easy cleaning and great visibility. Numerous overhead lights illuminate all machinery. To maintain cleanliness and provide quality air to the engines, all incoming air is filtered through Delta T mist eliminators. For a full spec sheet click here |
